The company has advanced production machines and equipment for all of the processes such as tooling, injection molding, electro-inner molding, assembly,etc.as wellas the sophisticated technologies. Main products of the company are: various telephone cables, telephone jacks, plugs, wires & cables of various specifications, precision tooling, gold plated pins, gold wires and many other plastics and electronic products.
UNIVERSAL LEADER CO., LTD. was established in 1980 and ShenZhen factory was set up in GuangDong, China in 1994. The factory has an area of 22,000sq meters and has a workforce of 1,000; among them 360 are technical personnel. In March 2001, the company was approved for the quality control by the ISO9002. In August 2001, the company was approved by the UL. The company has applied for the ISO14000 in April 2006.

Production Capacity
UNIVERSAL LEADER has introduced the advanced production equipment and actualized fairly strong production capability including injection workshop that is equipped with 60 injecting machines, automatic robot and central material dry conveying system imported from Japan, stamping workshop, connector workshop and wiring harness assembling workshop that is equipped with many imported crimping machines, wire cutting machines, automatic cutting machines and wire stripping machines. At present, we are capable of manufacturing enough products for fulfill all customers needs.

Technology department is equipped with the most advanced computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS), comprising CAD、CAM、CAE, as well as other modernized facilities and equipments for product development, production and inspection purpose. In addition, it widely participates in various kinds of international technology exchanges and cooperation so that UNIVERSAL LEADER can provide customers with whole set of product solutions in design, development and manufacturing.
With 13 years experience in mould developing and manufacturing ,360 richly experienced technicians, sophisticated designing system and machining technology, UNIVERSAL LEADER has realized complete automation procedures from mould designing, processing to assembling all the way. This ensures that UNIVERSAL LEADER makes 200 sets of moulds each year. The mould department is made up of designing office, line cutting machining, electrical pulse machining, metal cutting and fitting locksmith workshops etc. All above guarantee that UNIVERSAL LEADER's mould developing and manufacturing skills and capacity take the lead in the same industry in China.

UNIVERSAL LEADER people regard the quality of product as the life of enterprise. In March 2001, it was certificated by ISO9002 quality system. Furthermore in August 2002 it has successfully approved by the UL. It has applied for the ISO14000 in April 2006.
With first-class experimental equipment in the industry, many tests and experiments such as salt spray, vibration, high-low temperature, constant humidity-heat, hardness, tension and flame-retardant can be carried out in the lab of its own. In addition, it has also imported some high-precision equipment such as aging over tester, X-Ray gold contact test machine, etc.<
